Do you come to my location to repair my windows?

Yes, we do. We maintain a warehouse and office. However, this location is for our customer service personnel to handle your calls and to stock inventory for our trucks. Our repairs are done at your location. Just contact us and we’ll be there.

Do you replace window pane glass?

We do NOT replace window pane glass unless of course we break it first. Kidding aside, the glass business is a distinct type of business from screens with its own equipment and challenges. Although many glass and screen business exist, it has been our experience that those who try to do both generally end up not doing either one very well. For that reason, if your windows require glass replacement we’ll be happy to recommend a qualified glazing contractor.

Do you accommodate same day service?

We certainly do when we can. A lot will depend on our current workload which can change on a daily basis and your availability. Give us a call to work out the details.

Can window repair service be completed in one trip?
